Hii.. Going on a Surf Trip to the Mentawais for 11 days. Will be on a chartered boat the entire time. Never been on an "organized" surf trip with 2-3 sessions per day. What would you recommend as a great Supplement for quick recoveries? I've been surfed out many times. Looking back, all I see are missed waves (especially when it was firing!).
